Aula Nova

Aula Nova is Poznan’s most modern concert hall. It was awarded “The Construction of the Year 2006” prize. In “The Construction of the Year 2006” competition, organized by the Polish Engineers and Construction Technicians Association, the Ministry of Transport, the Ministry of Construction and the General Office of Building Control, Aula Nova was awarded
the first class prize, in “Public Utility Building” category. It soon became to be recognized as prestigious, and a large number of concerts organized by the Academy of Music as well as by the Poznan Philharmonic have already been held in its beautiful interior. Such internationally recognized stars as Kevin Kenner, Philharmonic Quartet, Angela Hewitt have also given their concerts in Aula Nova.

It offers coach services to Europe's and Poland's main cities and has its own international airport - Poznań Ławica. Guests visiting Poznań should not have problems with accommodation. Over 20.000 beds waits in hotels, pensions, palaces and student houses with variety of standard and price, and the number will soon be increased by the new international chain hotels to be open.
